Belotero Soft Lidocaine is a sterile, transparent, apyrogenic gel composed of cross-linked, non-animal-derived sodium hyaluronate suspended in a physiological phosphate buffer and combined with lidocaine. It is intended for injection into the superficial dermal layers of the skin.
The product is developed for the treatment of fine lines and superficial wrinkles, such as perioral lines (“smoker’s lines”), crow’s feet, and mild forehead wrinkles. It may also be used in selected cases for the correction of superficial atrophic scars, subject to professional assessment.
Belotero Soft Lidocaine is manufactured using CPM® (Cohesive Polydensified Matrix) technology, which is designed to support even distribution of the gel within the skin and smooth transitions between treated and untreated areas. This contributes to a soft, natural-looking aesthetic outcome.
The product is CE-certified as a medical device and manufactured in compliance with applicable European quality and safety standards.
When administered by qualified medical professionals, Belotero Soft Lidocaine may support:
- softening of the appearance of fine lines and superficial wrinkles
- improvement of skin smoothness and surface texture
- refreshed and even skin appearance
- even integration into the skin for natural-looking results
The hydrophilic properties of hyaluronic acid support skin hydration. Lidocaine is included to help reduce discomfort during the procedure. Results are not permanent, and the duration of effect varies depending on individual factors, treatment area, and injection technique. Visible effects may typically persist for approximately 6–9 months, depending on individual response.
Each pre-filled syringe (1 ml) contains:
- Cross-linked hyaluronic acid: 20 mg/ml
A naturally occurring substance used to support skin hydration, elasticity, and smoothing of fine lines.
- Lidocaine: 0.3%
Included to support patient comfort during injection.
- Phosphate buffer (pH 7)
Supports product stability and tolerability.
