The formulation is a transparent, homogeneous, viscoelastic gel based on a unique combination of biotechnologically derived and physiologically compatible components:

  • Recombinant human collagen (Rh-collagen, α1 chain polypeptide of type I collagen) – a biomimetic molecule identical to naturally occurring human collagen. It is produced through controlled biotechnological fermentation using modified Pichia pastoris yeast strains, then purified and stabilised for medical use. Rh-collagen supports fibroblast activity and stimulates endogenous collagen synthesis, demonstrating excellent tissue compatibility.
  • Non-cross-linked high-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid – provides intensive hydration, supports skin elasticity and density, and creates optimal conditions for dermal regeneration at the cellular level.
  • Carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) – acts as a stabilising and supporting agent, improving gel distribution and prolonging the activity of the active ingredients.

Due to its non-volumising and physiologically progressive mechanism of action, Karisma Rh Collagen Face promotes gradual skin restructuring. The biostimulatory effect increases with each session, reaching optimal results by the end of the treatment course.

Karisma Rh Collagen Face is a CE-marked medical device intended exclusively for professional use in accordance with EU and German medical device regulations.

Karisma Rh Collagen Face is indicated for the correction and prevention of early skin ageing signs related to reduced skin quality and structural integrity. Typical indications include:

  • Reduced skin firmness and elasticity
  • Dull, tired and dehydrated appearance
  • Uneven skin tone and texture
  • Fine lines and superficial wrinkles

The product is suitable for patients aged 30+ and can be used on the face, neck, décolleté and the dorsal surface of the hands.
